FAQ
Will the Serene Pro fit me?
Serene Pro is designed for users from 5'0" to 6'2" and 100 to 225 lbs. The seat is 20.5" wide and 20.5" deep, with a 23.6" shoulder width. The roller track is fixed, so neck and shoulder position may vary slightly depending on your height.
How much space do I need?
Upright the chair is 55.1" L × 28.3" W × 40.6" H. In Zero-Gravity recline it extends to 63" L, and you need about 7.9" of clearance behind the backrest. It fits through standard interior doorways.
Does it arrive assembled?
Yes. Serene Pro is delivered fully assembled. Plug it in, attach the controller and you're ready for your first session.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free anywhere in Canada. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is Zero-Gravity recline?
Zero-Gravity tilts you into a reclined position that distributes your body weight more evenly, taking pressure off your spine so the massage feels deeper and more relaxing.
What's the difference between the Enclosed Leg and Open Leg editions?
The Enclosed Leg edition (Black & Platinum) fully wraps the calves and feet for a more immersive, spa-like lower-body massage. The Open Leg editions (Black & Rose-Gold and Brown & Rose-Gold) have a lighter, more open silhouette while still offering foot and calf airbag and roller massage.
How is it so much cheaper than $4,000–$6,000 chairs?
We sell direct to you, buy in volume and skip showrooms and retail markups. You get the core features that matter most, Zero-Gravity, full-body airbags, rollers, heat and automatic programs, without paying for a brand name.
Is the health readout medically accurate?
No. The built-in heart rate, blood oxygen and circulation readout is a convenience feature for reference only. Serene Pro is not a medical device and should not be used for diagnosis. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition.
Can I return it if it's not for me?
Yes. You have 90 days from delivery to request a return, as long as the chair is in original condition with all components and packaging. Contact support first to receive a return authorization. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
What does the warranty cover?
A 3-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in electronic components, mechanical parts and internal structural components. Normal wear, accidental or liquid damage, cosmetic issues and commercial use are not covered.
How do I clean and care for the chair?
Wipe the PU leatherette with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, soaking and prolonged direct sunlight, which can affect the finish.
Who should not use a massage chair?
If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, osteoporosis, recent surgery, blood clots or any other medical condition, check with your doctor before using a massage chair.
